Q. How much is the home-site rent at Aspen Grove?
A. $220.00 per month for all home-sites. Aspen Grove also acts as the billing agent for the city of Tremonton for Water, Sewer & Garbage, this is a $45.00 charge, making to total amount for each home-site $265.00.

Q. What is included in the home-site rent?
A. Water, sewer & garbage are all billed for the City of Tremonton with the monthly home-site rent.

Q. When was the last time the home-site rent was increased?

A. Aspen Grove had a rent increase of $20.00 in September of 2007. Before that, since Aspen Grove is brand new, we will have to refer to Town & Country, an adjacent community that had its previous increase, of $15.00, In September of 2004. Before that increase the last time it was increased was in September of 1998 by $15.00.

Q. What is the philosophy of the owner concerning rent increases?
A. The owner of Town & Country, and Aspen Grove, has only increased rent as costs have increased. His philosophy is to charge enough rent to be able to maintain a quality community, but to never be the most expensive, or even be considered in the expensive category, as to the amount of rent that is charged for each home-site.

Q. Are long-term leases available?
A. Yes. Aspen grove will create a long-term lease to fit your needs and desires.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Yes. Two pets per home are allowed. The height limit on dogs is 18” maximum at the shoulders, obviously no Pit Bull’s or Rottweiler’s, etc. Pets cannot be left out side and unattended. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when out of the home.

Q. What will the clubhouse have as far as facilities?
A. We expect the clubhouse to have an exercise room with several stationary bikes and walking/running tracks. The remainder of the clubhouse will be a large open meeting room with an attached kitchen
