HERE'S HOW YOU GET STARTED

With that said allow us to assist you with the necessary steps that are required to become a resident of Aspen Grove.

1. Come see Aspen Grove – Directions are on our site. If you call for an appointment we will then be expecting you, be able to give you a tour and answer all your questions concerning Aspen Grove. At that time you can pick up the home-site rental application, rental policy, privacy policy and credit check authorization. If you don’t pick them up at that time you can print it off and mail them in later.

A. Make sure you sign all forms.
B. Include application fee of $ 60.00 for a couple or $30.00 for an individual (our cost to run all background checks).

2. Select your home-site, pay $200.00 (Fully refundable) deposit. Knowing what home-site you have, how it faces, etc., will help you in the proper configuration of your home. You will then sign, and be given, the Aspen Grove Rental Agreement and the Rules and Regulations.

3. Select a provider from which to purchase your home; a complete list of all the local Northern Utah providers is on this web site.

4. Work with your home provider to create the worlds most perfect home.

5. Receive approval on the home to be installed from an Aspen Grove representative before placing final order for the home.

6. Meet with Aspen Grove representative to determine needs for home-site – extra cement, carport, storage sheds, etc.

7. Your home provider will co-ordinate the delivery of your home to Aspen Grove. The Aspen Grove representative will co-ordinate home site needs.

8. You will then move into your new home in Aspen Grove and become another satisfied community member.
