MOVING A NEW OR USED HOME INTO THE AREA?

HERE'S HOW YOU GET STARTED
We really want the moving process to be easy for you, so if at any time you have a question or concern please simply pick up the phone and call Marilee Valdes, Hidden Glen's resident manager, at 801-825-7524. With that said allow me to assist you with the necessary steps which are required for you to move your home into Hidden Glen Mobile Estates

1. Your home must conform to the following home qualifications/guidelines
     A. 1985 or newer.
     B. Single or double section home. If a single section home it must be at least 48 feet in length.
     C. Wood or vinyl sided.
     D. Pitched asphalt shingled roof.
     E. 8' X 16' front deck (minimum).
     F. 9' X 20' front awning (minimum).
     G. 4' X 4' back stairs (minimum)

2. Print and fill out the home-site rental application , rental policy, privacy policy and credit check authorization
     A. Make sure you sign all forms.
     B. Include application fee of $ 60.00 for a couple or $30.00 for an individual (our cost to run all background          checks).
     C. Include pictures of your home that will show that it conforms to the home qualifications in #1 above. If it          does not conform but you will make the modifications that will bring it into conformity, please give us a          letter outlining what you will be doing.
     D. Mail to: Marilee Valdes, Hidden Glen Mobile Estates, 75 W. 250 N., Managers Office, Clearfield, UT 84015

3. Upon Acceptance by Hidden Glen you will be given a Rental Agreement and the Rules and Regulations for the Hidden Glen Community. You will sign these and return them to park management along with the first months home-site rent and the home-site deposit.

4. You will then move your home to Hidden Glen and become another satisfied community member.
