THE COMMUNITY
Tremonton is located 35 miles north of Ogden, Utah. Ogden through Salt Lake City and south to Provo is recognized as the urban population center of Utah. Many people, as well as significant numbers of businesses, are now wanting to move out of this urban center of population. Moving north is the direction of choice for both. Tremonton has taken a very aggressive position concerning the attraction of new business and industry to the area, with great success. Not only are new businesses being attracted, but new infrastructure is being installed. Example: Tremonton is now the most "connected" small city in Utah (thanks to the installation of a lot of fiber optics. Example: The new hospital that is being built less than a mile from Town & Country. Because of all this growth, as well as the population shift from the south and all the new jobs in the area, it is forecast that the greater Tremonton area will grow by 50% to 80% over the next few years.

Town & Country Estates' location in the community is excellent. It is located directly off of Main Street about .5 miles from the downtown district and directly across the street from the Box Elder Fair Grounds. It has a great view of the mountains and a wonderful rural feel to its location.

RESIDENTS OF TOWN & COUNTRY
The working residents of Town & Country are split pretty evenly between those that work locally and those that commute out of town for employment. In addition a fairly large minority of residents are retiree's who add real stability and caring to the character of Town & Country.

Due to the extremely comprehensive screening that prospective residents are put through we find that Town & Country has almost no "problems". If for some reason a minor problem does arise Town & Country is able to solve it quickly and quietly due to the great working relationship they have with the city and county law enforcement departments. This close relationship plus good management on the part of Town & Country insures that our park remains totally drug and crime free.
