A. $220.00 per month for all home-sites. Town & Country also acts as the billing agent for the the city of Tremonton for Water, Sewer & Garbage, this is a $45.00 charge, making to total amount for each home-site $265.00.

Q. What is included in the home-site rent?
A. Water, sewer & garbage are all billed for the City of Tremonton with the monthly home-site rent.

Q. When was the last time the home-site rent was increased?
A. September of 2007 by $20.00. The previous increase was in September of 2004 the home-site rent was increased by $20.00 per home-site due to an increase of almost 100% in annual property taxes. Before that increase, the last time it was increased was in September of 1998 by $15.00 due to increasing costs for almost everything that the Town & Country uses.

Q. What is the philosophy of the owner concerning rent increases?
A. The owner of Town & Country has only increased rent as costs have increased. His philosophy is to charge enough rent to be able to maintain a quality community, but to never be the most expensive, or even be considered in the expensive category, as to the amount of rent that is charged for each home-site.

Q. Do you have a drug problem in Town & Country?
A. Absolutely not. We go to great lengths to insure we have no drug or crime problems within the Town & Country Community.
