R.V. SPACE RENTALS
Town & Country has a limited number of R.V.Spaces that can be rented on a monthly base, with a minimum initial time period of 2 months. Let us emphasize - these spaces are not for short term stays but are for those that want to remain in the area for a season or more.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION OF R.V.'s
The requirements are as follows:

1. The unit must be a stand alone R.V./Trailer/5th Wheel. No truck-mounted campers can be accepted.
2. Motor homes will be taken only after inspection and only if they are to be permanently sited and not moved on a daily or even weekly basis.
3. All units must be 1990 or newer in age.

COST -MONTHLY $200.00 per month space rent 43.00 per month for garbage, sewer & water (This is collected for the city of Tremonton by Town & Country Estates. Any change by the city to this rate will be reflected in a change to the space occupant).

ALL OTHER UTILITY COMPANIES - Electricity, phone and cable are billed separately to the individual renter by the responsible utility company.

R.V. SPACE OCCUPANTS OBLIGATION TO TOWN & COUNTRY ESTATES
Each R.V. Space renter has the same obligations to Town & Country Estates as all permanent resident have. They include:

1. Maintaining all landscaping on the space being rented. This includes the watering and timely cutting of the grass as well and weeding and edging of it.
2. Abiding by all the requirements of the Town & Country space rental agreement as well as the Rules & Regulations.

HERE'S HOW YOU GET STARTED
1. Print out, fill out, and sign the following forms:
     Rental application
     Rental Policy
     Privacy Policy
     Credit check authorization
2. Mail, or deliver to, Les Pebly at #2 of the above address all forms together with the applicable fee of $ 60.00 for a couple or $ 30.00 for an individual (the cost to us to run all background checks).
3. After Les runs your background check he will be able to approve your residency at Town & Country Estates.
4. You will then read and sign the Town & Country Estates Rental agreement as well as the community's Rules and Regulations.
5. You will next pay the first months rent of $200.00 as well as the utilities of $43.00 (or pro-rated amount if applicable).
6. You will also pay the space deposit of $200.00 (this is completely refundable upon leaving the space in good condition and having all space rent and utilities paid completely up to date).
7. You can then move in your R.V into Town & Country Estates and become another satisfied community member.
